HAND MOLDING
Honest Iron And Steel Pvt. Ltd. has both Hand Moulding as well as Machine Moulding as their core competency. It's the most traditional system of producing casting with reasonably fair dimensional accuracy.
MACHINE MOLDING
The process followed by more advanced system, consists of a mix of Bentonite, Coal Dust, with 2-3 % water content. That's why it is also called as Green Sand Moulding.
CORE MANUFACTURING
